I had been casually shopping for a boat that was a little bit bigger with a more up-to-date design to race offshore. I saw the Xp44 and it was perfect, the timing was not ideal, as I was preparing to race my J42 to Bermuda. But Forbes made it happen. He worked with me to get the deal closed and get the boat ready for the race and inspection. It was a lot of work and a little stressful, but I was impressed. We had everything ready to go. Forbes joined the crew and raced beside me where we took Line Honors in Bermuda. On the return, I knew we were pretty much running on fumes, Forbes came through again and delivered the fuel we needed to get us the last 10 miles home. Service like that is rare, I can't say enough about Forbes and his support and follow through. I've been extremely happy with the boat and the service.
