Showings on the docks are by appointment, seven days a week in season. Call ahead and we will have the boat open and ready.

Where to find us

Jabin's Yacht Yard is on Back Creek in Eastport, about five minutes from downtown Annapolis and City Dock. From Route 50 take Exit 22 (Aris T. Allen Blvd) toward Forest Drive, then Bay Ridge Road to Edgewood Road; the yard is at the end of Edgewood on the water. Visitor parking is inside the yard.

A marine biologist by training, a former NOAA equipment designer and the son of the founder of Sea Frost Marine Refrigeration, he brings an insider's knowledge of yacht construction and systems to every deal. Do I need an appointment to see a boat? Yes – listings are on private docks and many are owner-occupied. Call 443-254-2337 or use the contact form and we'll set up a showing, usually within a day.
Do you handle boats outside Annapolis? Yes. We regularly list and sell boats across the Chesapeake, the Mid-Atlantic and New England, and we have a Florida presence at 3321 SE 14th Ave, Fort Lauderdale.
Can I buy a new X-Yacht through you? Yes – we are the exclusive X-Yachts dealer for the Mid-Atlantic. New builds are ordered through this office and commissioned in Annapolis.
