This Angelo Lavranos-designed 56-foot yacht is truly one of a kind and If you are looking for a shoal draft ocean-crossing 4-cabin yacht that will sleep 8 you have found it. She is ideal for anyone with a large family or for those wanting to get into sail training or charter. Her shoal draft makes the Bahamas a playground and her tankage allows for long periods of time off the grid. Storage borders on being ridiculous and a spreadsheet with the locations of your stores is a must. There are almost 40 cabinets and drawers in the galley alone.

She was refit in Annapolis in 2016 by the finest contractors and her systems are absolutely top-notch. After the refit, she cruised the Caribbean and is now back in Annapolis awaiting her next adventure. Highly recommended.

Designers Note:

Angelo Lavranos, Auckland, New Zealand. The hull represents the latest in a line of medium-displacement cruisers. She is a high prismatic, full-ended, firm bilged and flattish deadrise hull, with moderate entry and fullest stern to match. The hull has more heeled symmetry than typical racing boats and will therefore steer more easily under all conditions. It is also a very roomy hull without sacrificing looks or speed.

The integral lead ballast and substantial tankage is located in the super shallow patented Scheel Keel. The balanced spade rudder minimizes steering systems load and more importantly, reduces autopilot loading and consequent power consumption.

This boat is conceived as an able, all-round cruiser with great looks, speed and space that will appeal to knowledgeable and experienced yachtsman who wants to go places in safety, comfort and style.
