All the way around!
Congratulations to Xp44, Garlix on completing the World ARC!
You may remember when X-Yachts reported back in 2015 on the sailing yacht Garlix, the Xp44, who had just completed the World Cruising Club ARC rally and was getting ready to head off on an adventure of a lifetime taking part in the World ARC.

The Round the World Rally saw 24 yachts set off from St Lucia on a epic cruise together around the world making stops at Colombia, Panama, Galapagos, French Polynesia, Suwarrow, Niue, Tonga and Fiji, Vanuatu, Australia, Mauritius, Reunion, South Africa, St Helena and Brazil before heading back up to the Caribbean.

We are delighted to report that after an amazing 15 months Garlix is now back in St Lucia and has finished the rally along with all the other yachts.

Owners Jens and Dagmar have said they have had a wonderful time on their trip and are currently in St Lucia having a well earned celebration with the other yachts. If you want to know more about their journey they have written a blog which is online at http://sy-garlix.de
However, their trip isn’t over yet! Garlix and her crew only have a short stop over in St Lucia before heading up to Tortola to prepare for ARC Europe . Starting on  7^th May ARC Europe will seeing them back to Europe and back to where the adventure began.
